Why?
Financial companies choose how they share your personal information. Federal law gives consumers the right to limit some but not all sharing. Federal law also requires us to tell you how we collect, share, and protect your personal information. Please read this notice carefully to understand what we do.

The types of personal information we collect and share depend on the product or service you have with us. This information can include:

All financial companies need to share customers’ personal information to run their everyday business. In the section below, we list the reasons financial companies can share their customers’ personal information; the reasons Florida Fine Cars chooses to share; and whether you can limit this sharing.

Please note: if you are a new customer, we can begin sharing your information 30 days from the date we sent this notice. When you are no longer our customer, we continue to share your information as described in this notice. You can contact us at any time to limit our sharing.

Who we are
Who is providing this notice? Florida Fine Cars, Inc. — the brand and holding company — on behalf of itself and its affiliates, including Florida Fine Cars, Inc., the operating entity and licensed motor vehicle dealer through which vehicles are sold, leased, financed and serviced.
What we do
How does Florida Fine Cars protect my personal information? To protect your personal information from unauthorised access and use, we use security measures that comply with federal law. These measures include computer safeguards and secured files and buildings. We restrict access to nonpublic personal information to employees, contractors and agents who need it to provide products or services to you.
How does Florida Fine Cars collect my personal information? We collect your personal information, for example, when you apply for financing or a lease, give us your income information, provide employment information, give us your contact information, or show us your driver’s licence. We also collect your personal information from others, such as credit bureaus, affiliates, or other companies.
Why can’t I limit all sharing? Federal law gives you the right to limit only sharing for affiliates’ everyday business purposes — information about your creditworthiness; affiliates from using your information to market to you; and sharing for nonaffiliates to market to you. State laws and individual companies may give you additional rights to limit sharing.
What happens when I limit sharing for an account I hold jointly with someone else? Your choices will apply to everyone on your account.
Definitions
Affiliates — companies related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and nonfinancial companies. Florida Fine Cars, Inc. is the holding company; Florida Fine Cars, Inc. is the operating entity it controls, along with the dealership, service and finance companies under common control with them. Because these are separate corporations under common control, information moving between them is affiliate sharing — which is what the affiliate rows in the table above describe.
Nonaffiliates — companies not related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and nonfinancial companies. Florida Fine Cars does not share your personal information with nonaffiliates so they can market to you.
Joint marketing — a formal agreement between nonaffiliated financial companies that together market financial products or services to you. Our joint marketing partners are the lenders and insurance providers we contract with. Florida Fine Cars, Inc. is under common control with Florida Fine Cars, Inc., which makes it an affiliate rather than a joint marketing partner — joint marketing is only ever between companies that are NOT affiliates.
Other important information
California residents: we will not share personal information with nonaffiliates to market to you except with your express consent, and we will limit sharing among our affiliates and joint marketing to nonaffiliated third parties to the extent required by California law. California residents are provided a separate California notice for additional choices.
Vermont residents: we will not disclose information about your creditworthiness to our affiliates and will not disclose your personal information, financial information, credit report or health information to nonaffiliated third parties to market to you, other than as permitted by Vermont law, unless you authorise us to make those disclosures.
This notice is given under the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act and the Federal Trade Commission’s Privacy of Consumer Financial Information Rule, 16 CFR Part 313, which applies to motor vehicle dealers under section 1029 of the Dodd-Frank Act. The dealer that rule applies to is Florida Fine Cars, Inc.; Florida Fine Cars, Inc. is its holding company and the brand you see on this site.
