At the touch of a button, the tinted glass sunroof tilts up at the rear for ventilation. Bi-Xenon headlamps help deliver greater visibility than halogen headlamps, and full LED is also available. Adaptive high-beam assist and the electromechanical steering system even out this luxury ride as it holds corners with great stability and nimble response time. The CLS-Class runs on a 4.7L twin-turbo V8 engine with a seven-speed automatic transmission. New for 2014, the AMG model boasts changes including increased horsepower and standard 4MATIC AWD. The new high-performance S trim also increases its pony ride up to 577hp. On the inside, hand-polished wood trim graces the full-length console, dash and doors, lending the cockpit a further air of refinement. The ergonomic and physical touches leave little to be desired for the driver of the CLS-class, especially while enjoying the 14-way power seats.
